1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ZenLipa's services, including but not limited to Fundraising, Events, Tutorials, and our solutions for Churches and Chamas.

By accessing or using ZenLipa services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Services

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password.

Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts or harms ZenLipa's services or other users.

4. Financial Transactions

Payments processed through ZenLipa platforms are subject to third-party payment processors' terms and conditions.

ZenLipa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems but will work to resolve any issues promptly.

Users can request withdrawals of funds from their ZenLipa accounts. All withdrawal requests are processed immediately upon user initiation, except in cases where the request is flagged for potential fraudulent activity or requires additional verification.

5. Fundraising Terms

ZenLipa enables individuals, nonprofits, and charities to raise funds transparently and efficiently.

Contributions are tracked in real-time, with automated updates sent to donors via WhatsApp or SMS.

Fundraisers are responsible for ensuring that funds are used for their stated purpose. Refunds are only processed under specific conditions, such as fraudulent claims or technical errors, subject to ZenLipa review.

Funds are stored securely in wallets and can be withdrawn instantly by authorized admins, subject to a 2.9% withdrawal fee.

6. Event Management Terms

Event organizers can manage ticket sales, attendee check-ins, and merchandise sales using ZenLipa's integrated tools.

Organizers must define refund policies for ticket cancellations and communicate them clearly to attendees.

Revenue from events is available for withdrawal instantly, with a 4% processing fee applied.

7. Chama Management Terms

ZenLipa automates chama contributions, penalty tracking, and member management for efficiency and transparency.

Admins are responsible for setting contribution cycles and enforcing penalties. ZenLipa provides tools to facilitate transparency but does not mediate internal disputes among members.

Funds are stored securely in wallets and can be withdrawn instantly by authorized admins, subject to a 2.5% withdrawal fee.

8. Church Management Terms

ZenLipa automates church giving (offering, tithe, pledge), prayer request, fundraising for projects and member management for efficiency and transparency.

Admins are responsible for setting contribution cycles and managing member information. ZenLipa provides tools to facilitate transparency but does not mediate internal disputes among members.

9. Custom Branding and Communication

Users can customize event details, ticketing packages, and bulk sms templates with custom text.

Automated follow-ups, such as thank-you messages and event reminders, enhance user engagement.

Feedback tools, including surveys, allow users to collect post-event or post-contribution feedback efficiently.

10. Data Use and Protection

ZenLipa uses transaction data for reporting, user insights, and improving services. All data is handled in compliance with Kenyan laws and applicable international regulations, such as GDPR.

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including industry-standard SSL encryption.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure the platform is available at all times, ZenLipa does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

ZenLipa will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Changes to Terms

ZenLipa reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or notices on our platform.

14. Termination

ZenLipa reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions or activities deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
